The developers of crysis have tried to push its graphics to their limits.Crysis has been built on CryEngine2-one of the most advanced engines available today delivering breathtaking graphics and stunning gameplay.Until now the graphics in FarCry has been considered better than what most games available today have.CryEngine2 has been designed in keeping in mind the features that the latest hardware supports.it can run only on single, dual or quad core processors.

The programmers conducted many experiments to figure out a whole new way to impart realism to the lighting effects.CryEngine2 eliminates most limitations seen in CryEngine1.This game is targeted for high-end gamers who indulge in power gaming.A high end system is needed to enjoy Crysis to the fullest. To cite an example what new graphics look like ,the clouds in most games are usually painted. It didnt make sense to make since they are not interactive. But the developers of Crysis figured out a way to make the clouds look more real cloudsphoto-realistic.The clouds are translucent,so you can actually see through them and they also cast shadows on the ground.Gameplay in Crysis is also developed.
